Thank you for shopping at Nextronix. UKWe want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Returns & Cancellation Window

·         You have 7 days from the date you received your item to request a return or cancellation.

·         To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

·         If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at nextronixuk@nextronix.uk with clear photos or a short video showing the issue.

·         Once verified, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement free of charge. You do not need to return damaged items.

3. Return Shipping Cost

·         For "Change of Mind" returns (if you simply do not want the item anymore), you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the item to our warehouse. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Return Address

·         Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address written on the package.

·         5. Refunds Processing

·         Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it.

·         If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
